In this interview, we talk with Erin Kuo about the Reno-Tahoe Young Professional Network (YPN), Nevada EcoNet, and her business, Next Generation Etak.
Erin is passionate about the economic, environmental, and social implications of public policy. She is especially focused on issues surrounding urban planning, sustainable development and the utilization of new technologies to achieve greater efficiencies in business, government, and personal practices.
The conversation begins by delving into how the YPN started and what its’ goals and objectives are, and then it progressively grows into a discussion about the melding of economic development and environmental planning, differing generational perspectives, and the responsibilities of young professionals.
