I am a web programmer. I write this not as my day job, but as my passion. When I was 5, I watched my dad program in BASIC on our TI-99. When I was 12, I won my first computer honors from school. When I was 16, I started writing in GW BASIC. In college, I learned a few new languages as well as developed my first website in 1997 for the Nevada Small Business Development Center. Thanks the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno, I can think in code and speak in laymen. Due to this, my career at Twelve Horses has evolved from programmer to project manager to business development. I now get to strategize and architect Internet solutions for clients like JP Morgan/Chase, Deloitte & Touche and IGT.
